This foundation inspired my fierce commitment to dismantling inequalities, advocating for disadvantaged people and creating inclusive spaces.

Our Founder
Hello and welcome to Kalinago Solutions.
I founded Kalinago Solutions in 2024 because of my strong passion for creating spaces where everyone can feel seen, valued and included.
As a qualified professional coach with a BSc & MSc in Psychology, I bring a rich blend of psychological knowledge, academic and coaching insight as well as lived experience to every partnership.
My advocacy and desire to make positive change began in childhood. Growing up in Yorkshire as a young girl of mixed black Caribbean heritage I was deeply troubled by the inequalites in my community.
